The big question in the minds of most women is "Why should someone who until 10 years ago would have been called a transvestite or pre-op MtF TS be granted automatic access to female-only spaces and a female birth certificate as a solution to men's alleged hostility to them?"
There is nothing in the proposed changes to the GRA about public toilets or who can use them or changing them from single sex.

However, mixed sex (gender neutral) toilets and spaces are popping up all over the place in anticipation of self-id. Many formerly women's only spaces are being renamed 'gender neutral' to accomodate everyone. Because women are so accomodating.

And there appears to be great confusion over who can and who can't use women's toilets, e.g. in this BBC article that last paragraph appear to me to be saying that this pub was acting illegally.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-39415622 …

It is not against the law now for males to access female only spaces, only convention, common decency and common sense.
-
So legally, they are not single-sex?
-
Correct. There is no statute law.

1. Why do people need GRCs, given that everyone can be as masculine or feminine as they wish? 2. What does someone with a GRC feel entitled to do? 3. How do providers of female-only services enforce their rights now? 4. How will they do this if <500,000 males 'become' female?
