Seems to me several of the ways the debate about degrees in policing is problematic include: it's almost entirely anecdotal, doesn't distinguish by police role or type/quality of degree, and doesn't appear to consider any interaction with prof devt. Where's the nuance? #peqf

A Q for me is what the added value of degree-level education is for the police service. Do those who've 'got it' do things better afterwards?
