And later to an 11 year old case.
Cycling UK! It's in the thread! https://www.cyclinguk.org/campaigning/views-and-briefings/pedestrians …

Interesting
@brianpaddick when you look at the facts in CONTEXT to the data given you clearly skewed it to your own anti-cycling tweets. So I've highlighted in red some key points you missed from@WeAreCyclingUK.@TopHat_247@CliffMatthews@bicycal_life@_bransby_@theJeremyVinepic.twitter.com/6Gd5mr9ObG

I directly quoted from the website. I was challenging the false assertion that there were no deaths involving bike v pedestrian. If you actually read the thread it includes a video of my cycling manifesto for London when I ran for Mayor in 2012. I am anything but anti-cycling

I'm not going to comment further except to say, given first-hand evidence of dangerous cycling involving a collision with a pedestrian, I'm told I must be mistaken. When I quote figures from a cycling group's website, I am told they must be wrong. There's not point me arguing.

There's no point focussing on 0.6% rather than 99.4%.

Missed it, thanks. 0.6% of road fatalities does sound about right.....
