You really should know better. Cyclists no more likely to go through red lights than motor vehicles drivers but pedestrians much more likely to be killed by motor vehicles in such situations (c45 killed pa) Neither acceptable but I know which I want the rule prioritised for.

Yes, they should. But that's not the end of it, is it. Because in your original tweet you're suggesting there's some homegenous group of people who cycle, and that they all have their own law, which you know isn't the case.

“The one law” I’m talking about is the apparent hypocrisy of many cyclists complaining (quite rightly) about the bad road behaviour of motorists while behaving badly themselves.

And that's different how to the the apparent hypocrisy of many drivers complaining (quite rightly) about the bad road behaviour of cyclists while behaving badly themselves.

I cycle. I don’t own a car & cant remember the last time I drove in the U.K.

Interesting? But it doesn't really answer the question - How come one rule for drivers, constantly complaining about the behaviour of cyclists but total disregard for obeying the rules themselves? It's a generalisation, like your initial tweet.

If you read the thread I’ve answered that one a dozen times. Nothing more to say.
