After searching through bank records, it in fact did not get refunded. I was a bit worried that the package never got delivered and I didn't save the receipt from the UPS store. So I called today (1/6 a month and a half after I shipped it back)...

I made a purchase of a jacket from on 11/15. It didn't quite fit. So I ordered another one on 11/20 and shipped back the other one after creating a return.
I remembered that I hadn't seen the refund come through so I did some digging.
