Let’s not forget that he is talking about PRIVATE SCHOOL VOUCHERS , given not only to private schools but also to other vendors without transparency and accountability for results. DON’T TAKE THINGS OUT OF CONTEXT.

DISD lacks plenty of transparency. Especially with schools in underserved neighborhoods with children that are "at risk" of falling thru the cracks.
