Trump & McConnell are confirming conservative judges at a breakneck pace in what's sure to be Trump's most enduring legacy. This is a difficult challenge to confront in a post-nuclear Senate, but we're mounting a new effort to fight back starting today

It’s amazing that the Supreme Court exempts itself from the Judicial Code other judges must follow.

I would love to see them talk about their plan to get rid of the filibuster. Even if the contenders identify one issue as their top priority, it's not like McConnell is going to grant a new Democratic President a honeymoon of any kind.

Much attention will focus on Roberts joining the liberals. The real revelation is Kavanaugh abandoning any "keep your head down" approach and joining the dissenters on this extreme request from the Trump administration.

In the long run, Democrats benefit way more from nuking the filibuster than Republicans. GOP knows this, and that's why they dont support getting rid of it.

All these Republican calls for getting rid of the legislative filibuster in the Senate will come in handy later.

This House GOP drama would make for a nice, seventh episode of the Paul Ryan remembrance video series. I may actually watch this one.

I try not to predict presidential primaries anymore, but I bet that a Dem who voted for cloture on Gorsuch won't make it to the fall party dinner in Iowa.
