I know several Bohra women personally who feel traumatized by the cutting - there are not “no issues” just because you ignore those who feel harmed. Similarly, male circumcision is damaging to many men - it should not be used as a standard of harmlessness.

Yes their voices count too. Since some grow up traumatized by the cutting and some not, it is best to respect the bodily autonomy of all children and let them decide about such private matters for themselves. Branding children’s genitals with religious markings is not harmless.
