    Scrub your database to determine the correct type size and avoid data loss. UTF-8/UTF-16 are variable-size encoding so converting an NVARCHAR(100) column may not be lossless if changed to VARCHAR(100). The T-SQL script or the SQL Notebook in the Data Samples GitHub helps you

    Pro tip: Never, never consider using an Intel Xeon Silver or Bronze processor for SQL Server usage. You lose too much performance for a tiny savings on the cost of the processor(s). Get a Xeon Gold at the same core count instead.
