I mean they *almost* made a decision to guarantee equally funded education (and all that entails) to all students in San Antonio ISD v Rodriguez in 1973 in an equal protection case. You could actually do *a lot* for folks thru the 14th amendment if you wanted to.

The NJSC is nuts. The NJ Const says education is something the state provides for ages 5-18, but the NJSC said PreK was required for 3s and 4s.
