Granted a corrupt pardon and immediately acknowledges that Trump lost. Hope @realDonaldTrump doesn’t see!https://twitter.com/PaulManafort/status/1341904314621710337 …

Many of the pardons Trump has granted since losing are themselves elements of an as-yet uncharged and unpardoned obstruction conspiracy. DOJ is obligated to investigate it. A true scandal if no such investigation proceeds.

Yep, the Stone, Manafort, and Flynn pardons, along with others likely to come, are crimes themselves. The clemency can’t be reversed, but the conspiracy it’s meant to advance can (and indeed must) be investigated.https://www.ft.com/content/e73fdd69-1fee-4886-b299-959ce9647151 …

The obstructive pardons aren’t the only thing that the DOJ will be obligated to investigate under Biden. The audio here is evidence of a federal crime, seemingly part of a large conspiracy. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-raffensperger-call-georgia-vote/2021/01/03/d45acb92-4dc4-11eb-bda4-615aaefd0555_story.html …https://twitter.com/brianbeutler/status/1345795722227154944 …

US law: if you or I call up an election official and try to extort him into stealing an election, we go to prison. If a Trump loyalist does it, otoh, he might get off with a pardon, but only because he obediently argued Trump should face no consequences for doing literally that.https://twitter.com/baseballcrank/status/1346110538917572608 …
