It’s indirectly but they been gave up arresting drug dealers honestly the police are a waste of energy and should be cut

Tenderloin was & still is an ideological experiment to decriminalize drugs & end the War on Drugs ala Hamsterdam. For years it was mostly low key dealers doing low key business & everyone went about their own business.
