And then we learned how high the fees are, not to mention being charged 5% by my bank because you use a payment processor from GB!!!

Sorta. The average user isn't going to an exchange. The average person wants the equivalent of an online bank…like coinbase has.

Not useful if you cannot make transactions at time of your choosing w/ no customer service operation.
