I used to hate running, but this is a form of exercise I can actually look forward to. Almost meditative, and keeps you sane/productive.

A good way to plan this into your life is to live a 30 minute walk from where you work. As a bonus you get your 10,000 steps and some time for podcasts / audiobooks.
