    📓 1. Do you have a company handbook? Handbook, Wiki, Notion Workspace. Whatever it is technically, just make sure it’s easily accessible and stays up-to-date. Nothing kills legitimacy faster than a document that gathers dust and gets ignored.

    Salaried employees who are annoyed by follow up emails will find that much of their salary is covered by someone on their team sending follow up emails. If your role depends on sales to be successful, ignore w/ impunity the opinions of those whose role does not.
