Chrome is the spyware browser. Note that they want all sites to be HTTPS so that Google - through the browser - can spy on users but no one else can.

Yes. Token binding lets Google track a device or user through multiple HTTPS sessions. It's better at spying than DoubleClick's old "supercookies" in that it is even more durable.
