    I can't recommend enough drawing a bunch of one thing as a design exercise and way to spark ideas. It's a lot of fun, which helps.

    Last year I was in a creative rut, so I started drawing a bunch of random spaceships. It totally helped me catch ideas and get back on track. I ended up drawing 50 ships. Here are a bunch of my favorites.
