Why did Sierra Mail create “Spam” and “Promotion” mailboxes for my IMAP account? It’s filtering some mail to those. I don’t want it to.

@brentsimmons some happens in the client, some at iCloud - it's very unclear to me which is happening where. Delta w/ IOS & Mac clients too -
