For package management, thankfully, everything uses opam as far as I can tell. And opam is pretty good! But it's *only* a package manager. For build systems, people use:
- make
- omake
- ocamlbuild (and rebuild and corebuild and...)
- jenga
- jbuilder
- bsb-native
&c. &c.
