Yeah, that's why I kind of like Rust's Debug/Display separation. It's not perfect, can be hard to teach, and I think you might even be able to display booleans... it is one solution though! Interesting to ponder! 🤔

I wonder - perhaps it might be cool to get a collection of these and tell a story from the perspective of: 'These are the bugs Elm lets you focus your time on!'. Not sure… at times I do get a feeling that 'no exceptions' may be taken as unintentionally deceptive, even if true.

I’ve thought the same thing. No exceptions != no bugs. Sounds obvious, but a lot of people see them as the same thing
