The latter is interesting because it's somehow entangled with both ADHD and anxiety, and I'm not sure what the relationship is precisely.

The anxiety is annoying because most of the drug treatments for ADHD elevate it. For me the anxiety is the bigger problem though.

Thankfully the job I'm in now has my brain intensely interested, so focus is less of a concern. But it's terrible when there's a mismatch.
