I was diagnosed with Adhd this week... It's a start to a new journey for me. I'm in a state of lament but also huge relief.

I'm not officially diagnosed yet but I know the feeling of all the years of struggling, knowing something didn't really add up, constantly beating myself up. It's so good to finally have a name for it. But yeah I do feel a great deal of lament, and grief too.
