I absolutely love the colour disparity between my MacBook (first image), and my cheap spare monitor (right image)
I haven’t edited these at all, but the faint blue on my cheap monitor just doesn’t exist.

Monitors often drift in colour (also be careful of the white balance on photos). If it bothers you macOS has a built in colour calibration tool for per-monitor profiles, but I think for best results you can get special devices that do it for you.

Re. photos, digital cameras automatically update the white balance. If you want a more accurate comparison first figure out how to calibrate the white balance against a white piece of paper in the current lighting conditions, locking it to that.
Not sure if the built in camera software on phones lets you do that, however. Just useful to be aware of!
