I absolutely love the colour disparity between my MacBook (first image), and my cheap spare monitor (right image)
I haven’t edited these at all, but the faint blue on my cheap monitor just doesn’t exist.

Monitors often drift in colour (also be careful of the white balance on photos). If it bothers you macOS has a built in colour calibration tool for per-monitor profiles, but I think for best results you can get special devices that do it for you.

There are definitely limitations for lower end monitors, and but this sounds more like something to do with calibration.

Could be wrong though, and it’s been a long time since I did colour sensitive work, so I might be rusty.

I went in and did a reset on it, and it’s bought some blue back, may have been a blue filter or something.
But it’s still a bit off.
I just move over to the good monitor for colour work

Here's a guide on how to start calibrating color for a monitor - maybe it could help!
Hope it helps! Digital color reproduction is just the worst, layers and layers of calibration, multiple colour spaces to contend with (all with different colour gamuts), combined with our eyesight's inherent ability to adjust. 😵💫
