When/how did you realize maybe you needed a psychiatrist or psychologist help?

Ahhh yikes, sorry to hear that. Finding the right person for you can be hard, and that's one of the big challenges. You seem like you think you need some support, so that's a pretty good indicator that you might actually need some support?
