I've been struggling with mental health for years, so uhh, maybe most of my life? Unfortunately most of it has just been treating surface level depression, anxiety and mood issues, so it's been hard to make progress.
Turns out I might have been heavily masking underlying neurodivergance, which might explain why I've struggled so much. Things are becoming much better and clearer with treatment in the past few months when I started seeing somebody who specialised in that stuff.
