Where do I go if I want to find comp-sci papers by topic?
Conversation
I have a specific interest in PLT. Looking for some analysis of models for errors and error handling in different languages, maybe.

I'll give it a think but nothing really comes to mind off the top of my head.

I guess all that comes to mind at the moment is a bunch of blog posts, not sure about the academic side of things though.

You might be able to find work on exceptions, conditions, monadic error handling, etc. but I’m not aware of any general survey papers.

It might not be something that exists. The survey may be down to me to read several articles/papers each focused on a given lang or family.

This specific topic is near at hand for me, but mostly I'm interested in navigating the academic space in the general case. New job is concerned with compiler/lang dev which is new to me, so I'm just looking to skill up.

Nice! Feel free to pop by the /r/ProgrammingLanguages Discord, (if you're not averse to Discord) I also have some rooms on Matrix I can point you to if you like.
