After growing up with a lot of people telling me I'm not smart because of the symptoms of undiagnosed and untreated ADHD, it's really hard for me to imagine myself as smart no matter how much I seem to convince everyone else I'm smart

Weirdly I went through this time in late primary school where my combo of ASD and ADHD (unknown to me then) lead to me suddenly doing well and me getting called smart etc. Then everything started falling apart in early high school and I felt lazy and like a disappointment lol 😳

Anyway, just think it is interesting the different experiences people have… very glad you are where you are and are managing to figure some of this stuff out!
