Has anyone written a good "Rust haters' handbook"? A centralized list of reasonable (if over the top) grievances with the language?

Yeah, for Rust-only projects Cargo is great and I'm glad for it – OPAM and Cabal are far more of a struggle, and one reason why I often use Rust. But I definitely think Cargo could be a much better citizen in the wider ecosystem, even if I don't know what that would look like.
