I actually do think the intensional/extensional distinction from logic and type theory is really useful in other contexts

If you want to borrow some logic/PL words you can call these systems "extensionally racist"

Liberally: Does only the output of the function (like the behavior) matter in what you're saying, and not the content of the function itself (like the intent)? Use "extensionally" before the adjective to clarify

Like "if in a position of power you get overly defensive and say harmful things, extensionally you are acting cruelly, even if intensionally you are just clarifying or standing up for yourself"
