I was thinking of elaborating my data decls to something like the large elimination thing, but yeah, it's interesting to see the issues with it (having to respect the rules of pattern matching). Given me food for thought and will look at your solution!

I guess I get a bit annoyed with having to have a 'top level' of commands to add data definitions, functions, etc… really wish we could just have everything be terms… but it seems to be really hard…
