I think I watched that recently, and from memory I found the initial parts good but struggled with the stuff related to proofs (seeing as I'm less experienced with that side of things), but I'd need to go back and rewatch it to remember some of the details!

I have appreciated in your recent talks that you try to start with an accessible on-ramp to the problem, and explain how you organise your solution to deal with the metatheory(?) side of things, so that's been helpful to me, even if I don't get all the details.
