looking for a book on getting better at learning things, any recommendations? could be in the context of learning theoretical things (e.g. math) or so-called "soft skills", but mostly looking for a general approach

I guess nowadays I kinda feel like something is "not for me" mainly because I often can't bring myself to focus on that thing, even if I find it fun, but that's a whole other problem
