I got given a Google Nest.
A (long) while back I had looked into them and decided "these are not good for privacy - therefore I'll never use one".
My family think I'm bonkers.
Where are privacy concerns with these devices at now?
I'd love advice.

I wouldn’t use one. I’ve also recommended my family avoid voice assistants like google home, etc.
There was a part of me wondering if I should give it to someone I dont like 😂
