jokies aside, rust is fun, but does require a bit of effort to keep things manageable when working with tree stuff - sadly it's challenging to pattern match through smart pointers/vecs at the moment.

nanopass for scheme and racket looks super neat - just wish it had types 😅
wish there was some nifty way to do a nanopass like thing with forth, then you get some hyperbootstrapping powers or something

oh I got it - make a nanopass thing for idris 2, then it would be cool that you could work on a framework to do the thing when you actually wanted to work on the thing.
