After almost two weeks of no longer having a dog, I am compulsively trawling pet rescue sites.
Can someone who has had more therapy* than I have, please tell me if getting another dog is a bad idea while still grieving?
(* my dogs were my therapists)

Ahh cats… yeah my late cat was a pretty bad therapist for my own stress and anxiety, but I at least felt a certain amount of fulfillment in helping her find ways to deal with her stress and anxiety. I miss her.
