Wish I knew this too (not writing a paper though). So easy just to end up hyper-focused on my research and messing around with programming languages and forget to reach out to… anyone?

I have trouble focusing on the days when I feel lonely, seeing people helps me recharge

Yeah, definitely agree with this. Like, when I struggle with motivation I like talking about what I'm doing and it helps me get excited about again.
