My chest hurts. I have an overwhelming urge to go outside for some fresh air, but I'm consciously having to fight that because I know it's worse out there.

Same. Also my animals keep freaking out and asking to go outside, then race straight back in. They’re fretting and so confused by this.

And the worst thing is knowing we have it light compared to most of the country. 😭

Yes that occurred to me earlier. I definitely would not cope with actual problems

I’ve never had asthma, I’m healthy, and my chest feels tight. I haven’t left the house today 😥

Woke up with a sore throat, head ache all day. Don’t need an AQ tracker to know our air is toxic RN.

Went to Hardley Normals today and they were out of air purifiers. Tbh I'm kind of happy if it went to somebody with asthma or children or something. Can't believe that the Sydney, Canberra, and the Towns have been worse than this for weeks now. 😬
