In Nottingham we have intro, advanced and real-world FP courses, and a range of other FP options including compilers, type theory, principles of programming languages, and infinite computation. FP has been a central component of our degree for 25 years now.

This is one of the reasons I dropped out and am degree-less, despite having a huge amount of respect for the work that many folks are doing at universities. Thankfully I was in a privileged enough position to be able to do that (although I was facing other personal issues too).
