It's so weird how I can simultaneously feel like I'm jumping on the hype train by using TypeScript, yet find myself researching it via documentation, tutorials and Stack Overflow posts that were written *years* ago.

So, why even go there? Do you think it will make you any more productive, once you get the hang of it?

As someone who works on shared libraries, my main driver was to make the experience better for TypeScript consumers, but I've quickly found it to be invaluable for me as a maintainer too.

Pretty excited to hear you've been giving types a good go and seeing the benefits! It's really hard to communicate how helpful types are as a design tool is just through words. I feel like they give you crazy super powers (even though they still have usability problems at times).
