That’s not what the bill says. The #aabill applies to individuals too: "the person develops, supplies or updates software used [...] with" "an electronic service that has one or more end-users in Australia"

We sought to delay the bill and argued for further time in committee - morrison rushed the committee and demanded they report yesterday now in fact the bill is currently delayed awaiting our amendments in senate

Yup - exactly why I have zero faith in Labor to do the right thing anymore. Any Labor politician in the lower house that voted for this bill expecting it to be taken down in the senate should go independent if they have a conscience.
