That’s not what the bill says. The #aabill applies to individuals too: "the person develops, supplies or updates software used [...] with" "an electronic service that has one or more end-users in Australia"

We sought to delay the bill and argued for further time in committee - morrison rushed the committee and demanded they report yesterday now in fact the bill is currently delayed awaiting our amendments in senate

Why did you vote for it if you weren’t ready? You voted with your feet.
This adds to the risk that it will get through the senate, and creates a hige amount of uncertainty for the Australian technology industry.
