Thinking about the syntax for await expressions

Where has postfix syntax been bikeshedded? As time goes on I'm increasingly motivated to go all-in on postfix everywhere in the language. No sigils needed, `foo().await?` looks fine to me. And the asterisk for deref was a C-inspired folly, coulda been `foo.get`
