Thanks for doing this presentation - I watched it online! It certainly gave me some new thoughts and ideas about helping to make some of the projects I work on more open to contribution by a wide variety of people!

Yeah - we certainly have a lot of trouble reaching women and other minorities when we get out into the world of programming language design and type theory. Even just getting a diversity of education level is hard! Trying to help make things better though. 😥
