I hate giving more attention to this “ad” but of course I get shown these things cuz I’m an active adoptee advocate. I know these folks mean well, but are simply naive into what the adoption industry is and how it started and what it continues to do.

it’s true. it’s tiring trying to show people the side of adoption that is shadowed by the “you’re doing a good deed” cloud
trauma exists in every adoptee whether they talk about it or not. there’s literally published research studies on this exact subject.

another person who is not adopted being pro adoption and not listening to the adoptees. if you haven’t been thru adoption, you don’t get to decide what’s good for us and/or invalidate an adoptees experience because you think “the idea seems nice”

this is the exit i have to take daily and it just adds to western WA having the dumbest infrastructure. it makes no sense why the exit for 405 is there. it forces people to merge within a super short period of time. people always make risky moves by trying to squeeze in last sec.
