It's important to understand how team-oriented a new sales manager is when interviewing for a new role. Ask about the ways sales managers are being evaluated. If it's simply on closed revenue, that doesn't necessarily take into account how successful the team is.

"You suck." Two words that may not break bones, but boy do they hurt feelings. To be fair, these are not the only words uttered by the prospect on this insane call, but it’s the core of the message and hits this SDR right in his core like a bag of bricks. Ouch.
