what does that mean, exactly? So I have Touch mode enabled when I switch into tablet posture on a Surface Pro. This replaces that? It’s not very clear.

I don't know what "touch mode" is. Instead of turning on Tablet Mode when you switch a 2-in-1 PC into a tablet posture, this just turns on key touch improvements but keeps with the familiar desktop experience as noted in the blog post. Tablet mode is still there and can be used.

I think what made the whole thing confusing is "entering tablet posture". By that, i now guess you mean removing the keyboard (surface) / turning it around (yoga) ?

What happens if I have "auto" tablet mode activated. Does is still automatically switch to the normal tablet mode? Or is there an option to use the current behaviour?

It shouldn't mess that up because that's what you've chosen.

So what mode am I in when Tablet Mode and this new "tablet posture" are both active?
