You can go back to "normal life" but you would be committing mass murder. Tired of hearing these stupid arguments about freedom, liberties, and the constitution. Those must be discarded during a global pandemic. Look at how well NZ and China have done.
You want to lock yourself up for safety, go right ahead. You can make a whole community of shut ins. You cannot force others to do so. That is an act of aggression and borders on hostage taking/kidnapping.
