Yea but that's a voluntary process. There are times where I am more concerned with how a team effort goes than just my own piece. Especially when it is mutually beneficial. And in the end when I no longer see value to the collective or interest in their goals, I can part ways.
Maybe it might be best explained as a spectrum with individualism on one side and collectivism on the other. That’s the fun of being a libertarian is recognizing all the nuance and gray areas. I may be looking at it too black and white.
