libertarianism means you are free to voluntarily live on a commune and take part in a collectivist lifestyle, so long as you don't force others to do so.

I would argue collectivism isn’t a choice. It’s coerced or forced. Being part of a collective or group is different and voluntary.

How are they collectivist? There’s no force or coercion and are generally ruled by a person or small board. Its not run with the idea of what’s best for all employees, but for the company/corporation.
